Coach payouts
How and when coaches get paid.
The basics
Clients pay IKAIKA when they book. You keep your session fee minus the platform commission agreed in your coach agreement. Nothing is deducted for cancellations outside your control.
Payout schedule
Earnings from completed sessions are released weekly. A session counts as completed once it has been marked done and the cancellation window has passed.
Where the money goes
Payouts are sent to the UAE bank account on your profile. Keep your IBAN and account name up to date in Setup — a mismatch is the most common reason a transfer bounces.
Cancellations & no-shows
A client who cancels late or doesn't show is charged per the cancellation policy, and the amount owed to you is included in your next payout.
